Returns & Refunds Policy
All products sold at MMGenetics.eu are distributed by Seedsman.
Should you not be satisfied with your product for any reason, we operate a refund scheme wherein, as long as the product is returned in line with our Returns and Refund Policy, the customer will be reimbursed.
Should a product be returned to our offices, on the customer’s recommendation we will resend it as soon as possible. Please double-check that the delivery address you share with us is up-to-date, correct and entered in full as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit without evidence of an error on our part. Address errors are not covered by the Stealth Shipping promise.
In cases when a parcel is lost and does not return to our offices, MM Genetics takes no responsibility; as such, the company will not, under any circumstance, resend the item in question free of charge.
Our help and guidance regarding orders, shipping and returns is available for up to ninety days after the order was originally processed.
Your decision to return a product can be taken up to fourteen days after the order has been received. Before sending the package, please inform our team via phone, e-mail or fax that the order will be returned. Failure to notify us thereof prevents the delivery from securing the prior consent of MM Genetics. In such cases, the parcel will be resent to your address and at your cost. Having confirmed the return of the product with us, please send it to our postal address . We recommend employing Tracked or Recorded Delivery as all returns are the responsibility of the sending customer until our receipt of the package.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If a product is damaged on arrival, the customer should return the product within fourteen days for a replacement or a full refund. Returns of this kind are subject to the same requirement of pre-notification as outlined in the Returns section and failure to adhere to this will be subject to the same response on the part of MM Genetics.
When returning damaged or faulty products, you can be sure that we will refund costs incurred for posting the item in question to our offices. We strongly recommend purchasing recorded delivery in such cases; in the UK, we favour First Class Recorded delivery; overseas customers should use an equivalent recorded option offered by their national postal services. Extra costs incurred for ‘guaranteed next day delivery’ or other courier services will not be accepted by MM Genetics.
If you should like to exchange one or more delivered goods for other items, for whatever reason, the customer should return the products within fourteen days. Returns of this kind are subject to the same requirement of pre-notification as outlined in the Returns section and failure to adhere to this will be subject to the same response on the part of MM Genetics.
When returning goods please ensure that the product is in the condition that you received it in; that is, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please notify us via phone, e-mail or fax which product you would like to exchange the returned item for and, where possible, for the sake of ensuring the fastest replacement service, include this detailed request in the returned package too.
Your card will be charged the cost of postage for goods we send in exchange. Should you have used or wish to use an alternative method of payment, the transaction will need to be completed before MM Genetics can ship replacement goods. If the total price of replacement goods exceeds or is less than the price of the original total price, the difference will be added to/subtracted from the price of postage and packaging that you incur for the second delivery.*
*Should the replacement package be cheaper than the originally-ordered product by a higher value than the cost of postage, we will pay for the postage and reimburse you the remaining difference.
We will refund the cost of returned products. Shipping/postage costs are non-refundable.
In line with your executed method of payment, refunds will be made by either card or cheque.
Refunds will be completed within fourteen days from our receipt of your returned item.
In any circumstance wherein you are not satisfied with the product delivered (e.g. if seeds are missing, damaged or otherwise do not correspond with product description) we guarantee that we will refund that item when it has been returned to our offices.

If your order is NOT returned to our office we take no responsibility and we will not be able to re-send it free of charge under any circumstances.
An address error is not covered by our Stealth Shipping promise.
Please note, we are happy to assist you with any queries about your order within 90 days from the date when the order is sent.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may send it back for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order and return the goods as per our returns policy above.
We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning items back to us. In the UK, items should be returned via First Class Recorded Delivery. Overseas, items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service. We recommend using an insured delivery method; however we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next day services or other courier services.
Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment will be refunded) within 14 days of receipt of your return.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for different products in our range, please contact us first, within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. If you paid with an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra cost before the replacement goods are shipped. If the replacement goods’ cost is lower than your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus the shipping costs.
We will refund the cost of returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not refund the cost of returning the goods, except for returning faulty or damaged goods.

Yes, MMGenetics guarantees to refund any item you are not totally happy with.
In accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, please notify us before you send goods back to us. Because returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, they should be returned with a recorded delivery service – we will not be responsible for returns lost in the post.
Goods must be:
1. Returned within 7 days of receipt of your order.
2. Unused and in their original packaging.
3. Accompanied by your name and order number
If your seeds are missing or damaged, we will reimburse your free seeds, offer between 100-250 loyalty points per missing seeds or we can send them in your next order. We will need to see proof of the missing seeds. Please send CLEAR pictures through our support desk. The value shown on free seeds are for marketing purposes only and represent the RRP of the retail version of this product, not the free seeds in your order.
Please note that unregistered customers will need to create an account with us in order to receive loyalty points.
